Bought two pair of glasses three years ago at retail location. Relatively happy with frames but lens have since scratched significantly. Time to replace so thought I would just do my exam with them this time. Tried to schedule online now that they are open. Couldn't do it even though they showed times and I could see others scheduling. Called to no avail. Used their chat service - no help. Texted - a complete joke for service. Emailed the help desk - no response at all. My wife joked that I was too old for them since at every turn they wanted to know my age. So next day, entered my age as 32 instead of 62 and voila! Got an appointment. All I can figure is that they don't want older clients since they may have more complicated eye issues. I canceled and have moved on. The cheap eye wear gig will be up soon enough for these folks.
I don't understand why these guys have ANY business. I can get better customer service at Wal-Mart. They don't care how long you wait. I was told to make an appointment online (ATL Howell Mill store) while they clearly have sales people just hanging around!

The quality of their glasses, price and customer service is all amazing. I really love their at home try on too. Great company.
Service in store was great, delivery NOT great, next time through them out the door to me as i pass by the store
I purchased glasses from them and they stated they would reach out to my optometrist to obtain the prescription. After a week, they didn't do anything. I had to call and obtain my prescription and then scan it to them. So for the first part, if you refuse to do something in which you have a specific option for people to select? How about you don't make that option available? So 1 week wasted.
Secondly, apparently they needed distance from pupil to pupil. I took a picture at arms length with a credit card. I sent it in. It wasn't good enough. I sent another one. Not good enough. This went back and forth for a week or so, where I had sent literally 10+ pictures. When I finally included some obscenities and stated I will simply cancel my order and go to a local company, they looked in and said I was doing everything right, but I didn't put the "magnetic strip" showing in front. Which I do not remember EVER them saying that was a requirement. Even if I missed that, it shouldn't take 10+ back and forths over a week with them stating "Make sure your at arms length, make sure your looking at your lense" etc... when I was doing it correct the entire time. No mention of the strip ever in any of the communications except the last.
Now the last gripe is a personal one. I am a democrat but I am a classic liberal. The woman I spoke with decided to use She /Her /... in her tag line. I personally loathe people like this. Virtue signalers to the extreme. They will get either Trump elected or another person like Trump elected. They are so completely utterly blind of their own actions and they are hurting their own cause which also makes them appear so unbelievably stupid. I don't like stupid people and I don't like stupid companies. And more importantly, companies should not have employees espousing political ideologies in their interactions.
Now granted they can. But it is once again, a DUMB choice on the part of a company. I cancelled my order, and went to a local lens crafters and was in and out in 15 minutes.
Warby parker, are Pretty decent!
I have two pairs of glasses from them, one pair broke that i had bought about a year and a half ago, recently,
I think it’s because the lady in the store made them too tight on my face when I went to get them adjusted.
I called them!
they sent me a free pair, with my new prescription for free.
If you scratch your glasses within the year, they will replace the lenses!
The only downside is,
I can’t use my insurance with them,
It only took them about three days to send me a new pair.
Another issue I have is I have a small face and have to wear extra narrow, with short temples.
their variety of options isn’t good!
Most people don’t have a face as small as mine, so they have a lot of designs for the majority!
Perhaps in the future they will come out with better styles for child sized frames. my insurance only offers me really bad, cheap quality frames
and bad lenses,
Especially if you have a high index prescription like I do,
They would look like I have Coke bottles!
They also donate glasses to other countries?
I think they should donate to the United States as well!
Because Davis vision is terrible.
I can’t even get contact lenses with them.
I am pretty happy with them as a company,
they’re much nicer than other optical stores, that I’ve been in!
I will never understand why optical stores charge extra for a contact lens exam?
My son just gave me a bunch of daily disposables that he doesn’t use,
they’re not my prescription,
but they work, for distance!
I wish I could exchange them all for the correct prescription.
They’re all Acuvue oasis dailies.
Thanks WP
Great glasses. Bought them a few months ago and I was delighted with the experience. Will buy again soon!
$275 to replace a single lens with nonprescription glass. They charge you to replace BOTH lenses, because that's how they do it they told me. Rip off.
You get what you pay for.
I suggest you use your eye glass doctor's office for your glasses. It will cost you 50-100 dollars more, but the quality will be much better, as will the service. The cheap lens I got from WP lasted less than a year before they were covered in scratches and virtually useless. I called to see what they could do for me, and was told I was past any warranty period. This was right at 11 months when I called.
Lesson learned.
As a note, my previous pair of glasses lasted me right at 20 years before I finally retired them with no scratches after scores of times dropping them.
They have good prices. The glasses are more of a hipster and urban style that’s pretty cool. I like that they have different designs and patterns on the frames in different colors. I’ve bought from them a few times and have never been disappointed.
glasses were fine for a few months, but poorly constructed fell apart easily. The prescription was poorly crafted and i could not read my phone without taking my glasses off. Would not go back.
Been getting my glasses for years at Warby. Great design at a great price! I also get my eyes check there.
Nicely designed glasses. Very stylish and affordable. I like that they give away pairs to charity too. Buy like 3 pairs at a time in different colors to wear with different outfits.
My stepmom and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses each, they said all we had to do was upload our prescriptions and we would get them the following week because we paid extra to have them expedited. It has been almost 2 months and she still doesn't have her glasses and I have 3 pairs of one and still haven't gotten the second pair I ordered. This has been the worst experience with glasses that I have ever experienced and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.
